When installing Kaspersky Endpoint Security 10 for Windows, you may encounter an error caused by malware that is present on your computer. Malicious programs of such kind prevent anti-virus software from being installed.

Use Kaspersky Virus Removal Tool

In case of such error, use the Kaspersky Virus Removal Tool:

  1. Download Kaspersky Virus Removal Tool.
  2. Use the tool to disinfect the computer.

Use TDSSKiller

Use the TDSSKiller utility to fight against rootkits:

  1. Download TDSSKiller.
  2. Run the TDSSKiller.exe file on an infected computer.
  3. Wait until the computer is scanned and disinfected, then restart it.

Use Kaspersky Rescue Disk
