Group entries

All entries are displayed in alphabetical order. Entries added to Favorites are displayed before other entries.

You can create folders to group entries. You can add entries of any type to a folder. Folders are always displayed before entries in alphabetical order. Folders sync across your devices.

Create a folder

  1. Unlock the vault by entering the main password and tapping Unlock.

    If your device supports Touch ID/Face ID and this unlock method is enabled in the app settings, you can use it to unlock your vault instead of entering the main password.

  2. In the main app window, tap > Folder.
  3. In the new folder name field, enter the name for the folder.
  4. Tap Save.

The folder appears in the All Entries window.

Move entries to a folder

  1. Unlock the vault by entering the main password and tapping Unlock.

    If your device supports Touch ID/Face ID and this unlock method is enabled in the app settings, you can use it to unlock your vault instead of entering the main password.

  2. Do one of the following:
    • In the main app window, select an entry you want to move to a folder.
    • In the All Entries window, tap arrow icon and go to the section that contains the entry you want to move to a folder.

      The window with the entries of the selected type opens.

  3. Next to the entry you want to move to a folder, tap  > Add to Folder.
  4. Select the folder you want to move the entry to or tap to create a new folder.
  5. Tap Add Here.

Kaspersky Password Manager moves the entry to the selected folder.

You can reset custom sort settings to display all entries in alphabetical order. If you reset custom sort settings, they can't be restored.

Reset sort order

  1. Unlock the vault by entering the main password and tapping Unlock.

    If your device supports Touch ID/Face ID and this unlock method is enabled in the app settings, you can use it to unlock your vault instead of entering the main password.

  2. On the bottom tab bar, tap more icon > Sort Entries Alphabetically (A-z).
  3. In the alert that appears, confirm the action by tapping Reset.
