Kaspersky Safe Kids

You can pause Kaspersky Safe Kids for a specified period of time. When you pause Kaspersky Safe Kids all restrictions are ignored. Your child can visit forbidden websites, use forbidden applications, and use the device for an unlimited amount of time.

The application resumes automatically when the specified time has elapsed. You can resume Kaspersky Safe Kids manually without waiting for the specified period to elapse.

To pause the application, do the following:

1. Start the app on your child's mobile device.
2. Tap Turn off the app.
3. Enter your My Kaspersky account credentials. Kaspersky Safe Kids verifies your account credentials.
4. Select the period of time for which you want to pause Kaspersky Safe Kids. To turn off protection indefinitely, select the Forever option.
5. Tap Turn off the app.
6. Kaspersky Safe Kids is paused on your child's mobile device.

You can only pause Kaspersky Safe Kids directly from your child's device. Kaspersky Safe Kids can't be paused remotely from another device.

1. Log in to your child's computer account.
2. Open the main application window.
3. Click I'm a Parent.

   A window with application settings opens.

4. Click Pause Kaspersky Safe Kids.

   The prompt for My Kaspersky credentials opens.

5. In the prompt for My Kaspersky credentials, enter the password for your My Kaspersky account and click Continue.

   The Pause Kaspersky Safe Kids window opens.

6. In the pop-up menu, select the amount of time, for which you want to pause Kaspersky Safe Kids.
7. Click Pause.

Kaspersky Safe Kids is paused until the selected time has elapsed or until the condition for resuming Kaspersky Safe Kids is satisfied.

1. Open the Pause Kaspersky Safe Kids window in one of the following ways:
   • Select the Pause Kaspersky Safe Kids item in the context menu of the application icon .
   • Click the Pause Kaspersky Safe Kids link in the main application window.
2. Enter the password for your My Kaspersky account.
3. In the Specify how long Kaspersky Safe Kids will be paused drop-down list, select the period of time for which you want to pause Kaspersky Safe Kids.
4. Click the Pause button.

Kaspersky Safe Kids is paused. The application stops monitoring your child's activities on the computer and doesn't send statistics to My Kaspersky. When the time you specify has elapsed, Kaspersky Safe Kids resumes automatically.
