About your child's requests
Your child can request permission to visit a forbidden website, use a forbidden application or can ask you to add additional time in Kaspersky Safe Kids. This feature lets you remotely adjust Kaspersky Safe Kids settings as needed.
You can view and approve or decline your child's requests in the parent's mobile app or on My Kaspersky.
In the parent's mobile app, your child's requests appear in the alerts section .
Approve or decline your child's requests
On the parent's Android device:
Approve or decline your child's request for an app or website
- Tap
on the Kaspersky Safe Kids navigation bar.
- Select the child.
- Tap Child's requests.Tap here if you are not going to use this app in the European Union, the United States, the United Kingdom, Brazil, or Vietnam.Select your child's request.
- In the selected child's request:
- Tap Allow if you want to allow to use the forbidden app or website. The app or website will be added to the exclusions list and allowed. Your child will be notified that the app or website is now available.
- Tap Decline if you do not want to allow to usethe forbidden app or website. Your child will be notified that the app or website is forbidden.
Approve or decline a request for additional usage time
- Tap
on the Kaspersky Safe Kids navigation bar.
- Select the child.
- Tap Child's requests.Tap here if you are not going to use this app in the European Union, the United States, the United Kingdom, Brazil, or Vietnam.Select your child's request.
- In the selected child's request:
- Tap Add to accept the child's request for additional time. The Add time window opens.
- If your child requests additional time because the daily time limit is up, you have an option to add some time to allowed time.
- If the forbidden period is reached, you can extend the allowed time until a certain hour.
These extensions work only for one day.
- Tap Decline if you do not want to add additional time.
- Tap Add to accept the child's request for additional time. The Add time window opens.
On the parent's iOS device:
Approve or decline your child's request
- Tap
on the Kaspersky Safe Kids navigation bar.
- Select the child.
- Tap Child’s Requests. Select your child's request.
- In the selected child's request:
- Tap Allow if you want to allow to use the forbidden app or website. The app or website will be added to the exclusions list and allowed. Your child will be notified that the app or website is now available.
- Tap Decline if you do not want to allow to usethe forbidden app or website. Your child will be notified that the app or website is forbidden.
