Kaspersky Thin Client version 1.6 has the following new capabilities and improvements:
Updating via Kaspersky Security Center: added capability for an administrator to confirm or decline an update on thin clients connected to Kaspersky Security Center, and to read and accept changes in the terms of the End User License Agreement for a new version.
Reserve certificate for connecting to Kaspersky Security Center: added capability to issue a reserve certificate and add it to the system certificate store of a thin client using the standard methods of Kaspersky Security Center.
Improved memory management: a size limit has been set for the event log in the Kaspersky Thin Client memory to avoid overflowing the thin client memory with system events.
Improved performance of Kaspersky Thin Client: faster transmission of a remote desktop image to a thin client, faster redirection of USB devices (flash drives, smart cards and tokens) to a remote desktop, and faster writing of data to flash drives.
General improvements to Kaspersky Thin Client: updated user interface. More verbose error messages when connecting to a remote desktop.
Moving the connection panel horizontally: added capability to move the connection panel used for connecting Kaspersky Thin Client to a remote desktop during a connection session.
