The tasks table contains a list of created tasks and is located in the Task manager section of the application web interface window.
The ability to view other users' tasks depends on the user role. A user with the General administrator role can view the tasks of all users. Users with roles that allow reading and editing shared resources do not have access to tasks. Users with other roles, including users with the Tenant administrator role, can view all tasks in tenants available to them.
By default, the Display only my own check box is selected in the Task manager section. To view all tasks, clear this check box.
