A report template in KUMA is considered universal if it is created in the Shared tenant. Report templates created in other tenants are non-universal.
To manage a universal report template, you need the following rights:
To create, manage settings, or delete, you need rights to Manage shared resources. These rights grant access to all shared resources.
The CII attribute can be set by any user with the rights to manage shared resources if the user's role involves managing CII resources.
To view the list of universal report templates, you need rights to gain Access to shared resources. With such rights, the user gains read access to all shared resources.
Widgets in a universal report template are displayed based on the following:
Widget data for tenants is displayed according to the user's access to tenants, the global tenant filter, and the configuration of the report template or widget.
You can view the widget data when managing report template settings by clicking the Update preview button.
Event widget data is retrieved from the database in accordance with the space set settings of the user. If, when generating a report, it turns out that the user does not have access to the spaces of one or more tenants, KUMA generates an empty report and indicates that other results cannot be provided because of the lack of access to the relevant spaces.
Widge data in the report can include or exclude CII. For access to reports in which data includes CII, the user's role must provide access to CII objects.
