Kaspersky Next XDR Expert

Upgrading Kaspersky Next XDR Expert from version 1.1 to 1.2

You can upgrade Kaspersky Next XDR Expert from version 1.1 to 1.2 by using KDT. KDT updates the Kubernetes cluster, the Kaspersky Next XDR Expert components, and the KUMA services installed on the KUMA target hosts outside the cluster. When upgrading, you do not need to fill in the configuration file, because the installation parameters specified during deployment are used. The steps of the Kaspersky Next XDR Expert upgrade process do not depend on the selected deployment option.

To upgrade Kaspersky Next XDR Expert:

  1. Download and unpack the distribution package with Kaspersky Next XDR Expert version 1.2.

  7. If you do not use the --accept-eula flag in the previous step, read the EULA and the Privacy Policy of OSMP. The text is displayed in the command line window. Press the space bar to view the next text segment. Then, when prompted, enter the following values:
    1. Enter y if you understand and accept the terms of the EULA.

Enter n if you do not accept the terms of the EULA.
