Empty plug-in properties window after upgrading Kaspersky Security 10 for Mobile
After installing Kaspersky Security 10 for Mobile: Maintenance Release 2 (version 10.5.95.20140320.1), you may encounter an error when no information is displayed in the mobile policy properties window:
Cause
For the correct functioning of the plug-in, OpenGL 3.x is required.
Solution
Install the latest version of the MDM plugin.

Use a third-party solution
If you run the plug-in on a virtual machine and see no content of the plug-in window tabs, use the freeware opengl32.dll library that imitates a 3D accelerator:
- Download and extract the archive mingw-w64-i686-mesa-10.0.2-1-any.pkg.tar.zip.
- Read the End User License Agreement that is provided in the License.txt file.
- Extract the archive mingw-w64-i686-mesa-10.0.2-1-any.pkg.tar.xz and move opengl32.dll to one of the following folders:
- (for 32-bit systems) C:\Program Files(x86)\Kaspersky Lab\Kaspersky Security Center\Plugins\
- (for 64-bit systems) C:\Program Files(x64)\Kaspersky Lab\Kaspersky Security Center\Plugins\

Contact you video card vendor
Visit you video card vendor's website (AMD, Nvidia, Intel, or other depending on the model). Download and install the appropriate driver.
